INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)

  • 200g Corn Semolina
  • 1 L Skimmed Milk
  • Shredded Gruyère

PREPARATION

  1. Heat Milk in a casserole until small boiling
  2. Pour semolina in Milk, stir and cook for 10 min
  3. Add some Shredded cheese, mix well… READY!
