INGREDIENTS (4 people)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Tomato
- 4-5 Mushrooms
- Shredded Cheese
- Butter
- Skimmed Milk
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven at 180°
- Wash and slice Tomatoes and Mushrooms and place them in ramequins going into the oven later on
- Beat the eggs with a small glass of milk, pour the preparation in each ramequin
- Sprinkle with Shredded Cheese and place in oven for 20 min
