Gluten-Free Tomato & Mushroom Flan

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Tomato
  • 4-5 Mushrooms
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Butter
  • Skimmed Milk

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven at 180°
  2. Wash and slice Tomatoes and Mushrooms and place them in ramequins going into the oven later on
  3. Beat the eggs with a small glass of milk, pour the preparation in each ramequin
  4. Sprinkle with Shredded Cheese and place in oven for 20 min
