Pear & Ginger Smoothie

Preparation : 10 min

INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Pears
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Skimmed Milk or Almond Milk
  • 1 Blender

PREPARATION

  1. Peel and cut the fruits, put them in the blender
  2. Finely cut the ginger and place it also it the blender
  3. Add milk until reaches 1L, blend well and serve 🙂
