- 2 Pears
- Fresh Ginger
- Skimmed Milk or Almond Milk
- 1 Blender
PREPARATION
- Peel and cut the fruits, put them in the blender
- Finely cut the ginger and place it also it the blender
- Add milk until reaches 1L, blend well and serve 🙂
