Curry Chicken and Vegetables

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 4 Organic Chicken escalope
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 3 tsp. Powdered Curry
  • 250 ml Water
  • 100 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Colza Oil
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

  1. In a pan, cook the chicken until gold in lukewarm oil. Add the vegetables, cover them and cook them during 10 min
  2. Cut the chicken in pieces. Peel and slice the carrots and zucchini
  3. Add water, curry, pepper and cook during 5 min. Poor the coconut Milk and simmer it t low fire during 3 min
  4. Serve it HOT!
