INGREDIENTS (4 people)
- 4 Organic Chicken escalope
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Zucchini
- 3 tsp. Powdered Curry
- 250 ml Water
- 100 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp. Colza Oil
- Pepper
PREPARATION
- In a pan, cook the chicken until gold in lukewarm oil. Add the vegetables, cover them and cook them during 10 min
- Cut the chicken in pieces. Peel and slice the carrots and zucchini
- Add water, curry, pepper and cook during 5 min. Poor the coconut Milk and simmer it t low fire during 3 min
- Serve it HOT!
