INGREDIENTS (for 6 people)
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 400 ml Skimmed Milk
- 100 ml Liquid cream
- 1 Organic Egg
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Pinch Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, mix the cream, milk, salt and pepper. Scratch the nutmeg, add the egg and mix
- Preheat oven at 180°C. Wash the potatoes and slice them very thinly. Peel and crush the garlic
- In a plate going in the oven, dispose the potatoes in different layers and pour the mixing on top
- Cook in oven for 50 min
