Light Gratin Dauphinois

INGREDIENTS (for 6 people)

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 400 ml Skimmed Milk
  • 100 ml Liquid cream
  • 1 Organic Egg
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream, milk, salt and pepper. Scratch the nutmeg, add the egg and mix
  2. Preheat oven at 180°C. Wash the potatoes and slice them very thinly. Peel and crush the garlic
  3. In a plate going in the oven, dispose the potatoes in different layers and pour the mixing on top
  4. Cook in oven for 50 min
