Homemade Apple Pie

Preparation: 10 min

Cooking: 25 min

INGREDIENTS (for 8 people)

  • 1 puff Paste
  • 5 Organic Apples
  • 1 Lemon
  • Cinnamon

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven at 180°C. De-roll the puff paste, bite the paste with the fork
  2. Peel 3 Apples, cut them in slices and place them in a casserole with some water, lemon juice and cinnamon
  3. Spread the “jam” you just made on the paste, and slice the 2 remaining apples. Place them on top of the jam.
  4. Put in oven for 25 min. Enjoy it lukewarm or cold according to your taste 🙂

For decoration, keep the apple skin on because it will look better 🙂 ! And… You will get more fibers!
