Light Raclette

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 4 Big Potatoes or 8 small
  • 4 Slices White Ham
  • 8 Slices Grison Meat
  • 4 Slices Smoked Ham
  • Pickles
  • Lettuce
  • Raclette cheese

PREPARATION

  1. Wash the potatoes, leave the skin on and steam-cook them
  2. Prepare everything on a nice plate and turn on the raclette maker. ENJOY !!

The bad thing about Raclette is that it’s very fat. Don’t worry, try my diet recipe with White ham and Grison Meat which are lighter and less caloric. Plus, you can add some greens to your plate!
