Avocado Pear & Spinach Smoothie

Preparation : 10 min

INGREDIENTS  (2 people)

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Pears
  • Handful Spinach
  • Skimmed Milk ou Almond Milk
  • 1 Blender

PREPARATION

  1. Peel and cut the fruits, place them in the blender
  2. Pour Milk in Blender until reaches 1 L, Mix!
  3. Enjoy!
