INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)
- 3 small glass Rice
- 25cl Rice Vinegar
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tbsp. Salt
- 1 tbsp. Dashi
- 1 tbsp. Saké or Mirin
- 1 Raw Salmon Filet in slices
- Ginger & Wasabi
PREPARATION
- Cook the rice and drain it well
- In a casserole, cook the vinegar, sugar and salt until dissolution
- Pour the mix in the rice and mix
- Make some rice balls, add some wasabi on top and cover it with some salmon. Squeeze gently. Serve on a nice plate with Ginger and Soja sauce!
