Easy-To-Make Salmon Sushi

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)

  • 3 small glass Rice
  • 25cl Rice Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Dashi
  • 1 tbsp. Saké or Mirin
  • 1 Raw Salmon Filet in slices
  • Ginger & Wasabi

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the rice and drain it well
  2. In a casserole, cook the vinegar, sugar and salt until dissolution
  3. Pour the mix in the rice and mix
  4. Make some rice balls, add some  wasabi on top and cover it with some salmon. Squeeze gently. Serve on a nice plate with Ginger and Soja sauce!
