Easy-to-Make Rhum Baba

Preparation : 20 min

Cooking time : 25 min

INGREDIENTS (8 people)

  • 3 Eggs
  • 120g Flour
  • 1 bag Yeast
  • 120g Powdered sugar
  • 40g Butter
  • 3 tbsp. Milk
  • 25cl Water
  • 2 tsp. Brown Sugar
  • 10cl Rhum

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven at 180ºC
  2. Mix the egg yellows and sugar. Add warm milk, melted butter, flour, yeast and mix again
  3. Beat the egg whites and add them to the previous mix. Add it to round molds or in small individual ramequins
  4. Place in oven for 25 min and de-mold them
  5. Heat the water, sugar and rhum until you have a syrup and pour it on top of the cake before serving
