INGREDIENTS (8 people)
- 3 Eggs
- 120g Flour
- 1 bag Yeast
- 120g Powdered sugar
- 40g Butter
- 3 tbsp. Milk
- 25cl Water
- 2 tsp. Brown Sugar
- 10cl Rhum
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven at 180ºC
- Mix the egg yellows and sugar. Add warm milk, melted butter, flour, yeast and mix again
- Beat the egg whites and add them to the previous mix. Add it to round molds or in small individual ramequins
- Place in oven for 25 min and de-mold them
- Heat the water, sugar and rhum until you have a syrup and pour it on top of the cake before serving
