INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)
- 1 Organic Chicken
- 8-10 small Potatoes
- 2 Carrots
- Thyme and Shallots
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven at 220ºC. Prepare the chicken with shallots and thyme
- Cut the potatoes and carrots in the shape of french fries, dispose them around the chicken in a plate going in the oven
- Sprinkle everything with olive oil and place in oven for 45 min
- Watch carefully the cooking progress and serve it hot!

For a light chicken, take out the skin after cooking it. Oven french fries are “lighter” than the ones fried in oil, and the carrots brings a good amount of fibers in your plate. Enjoy!
