Homemade Chicken n’ Fries

Cooking time : 45 min

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)

  • 1 Organic Chicken
  • 8-10 small Potatoes
  • 2 Carrots
  • Thyme and Shallots

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven at 220ºC. Prepare the chicken with shallots and thyme
  2. Cut the potatoes and carrots in the shape of french fries, dispose them around the chicken in a plate going in the oven
  3. Sprinkle everything with olive oil and place in oven for 45 min
  4. Watch carefully the cooking progress and serve it hot!

For a light chicken, take out the skin after cooking it. Oven french fries are “lighter” than the ones fried in oil, and the carrots brings a good amount of fibers in your plate. Enjoy!
