Christmas Ham

INGREDIENTS (8 people)

  • 1 Antille Christmas Ham
  • 50g Cane Sugar
  • 1 Sliced Pineapple
  • 1 White Beer Can or 1 Rhum glass

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven at 200ºC. Take out the rind off and keep some fat on
  2. Put the ham on a pan going in the oven. Sprinkle it with sugar and with sliced pineapple
  3. Pour beer or rhum on top of the ham and place in oven for 35-40 min at 200ºC
