INGREDIENTS (8 people)
- 1 Antille Christmas Ham
- 50g Cane Sugar
- 1 Sliced Pineapple
- 1 White Beer Can or 1 Rhum glass
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven at 200ºC. Take out the rind off and keep some fat on
- Put the ham on a pan going in the oven. Sprinkle it with sugar and with sliced pineapple
- Pour beer or rhum on top of the ham and place in oven for 35-40 min at 200ºC
