  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao
  • 1 tsp. of linseeds
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. of grated coconut
  • (Add honey, according to your taste)


Preheat your oven.

Crush the bananas and mix together all the ingredients.

Roll the mixture into biscuit-size portions, space evenly on the tray and put in the oven for 15 min at 180 ° C.
