Squash seeds: Very rich in iron and fibres, these seeds provide an excellent source of protein, Omega-3 and minerals such as zinc and magnesium.

Sesame seeds: Rich in proteins, sesame seeds are packed with tryptophan, methionine and indispensable amine acids. They also contain multiple fibres, copper, manganese, calcium, iron, vitamin B, zinc and phosphorous.

Chia seeds: Another excellent source of Omega 3, Chia seeds are one of the most popular superfoods in the health community. They are a wonderful source of fibres, proteins, antioxidants and of minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc.

Quinoa seeds: Made up of the highest quality proteins, they are also remarkably rich in iron and contain vitamin E, magnesium, zinc, potassium and anti-toxins. They can be used in dishes as a substitute for rice or pasta.

All of the above seeds can be eaten on their own, in salads, in yogurts or on top of vegetable dishes. You can also put them muffins or sprinkle them into bread.
