A healthy, wholemeal sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices wholemeal Bread
  • 1 handful of Chickpeas
  • 1 Oak leaf lettuce
  • 1 handful of Red Cabbage
  • 1/5 Cucumber
  • ½ Grated Carrot
  • 1 drop of Wheat Germ oil
  • 1 handful of Pine nuts
  • ½ Garlic clove

Steps

  • 1) Cut the 2 slices of bread, spreading the garlic over the surface.
  • 2) Add the chickpeas, salad, chopped red cabbage, chopped cucumber and chopped carrot.
  • 3) Season with a drizzle of wheat germ oil, salt and pepper
