Ingredients
- 2 slices wholemeal Bread
- 1 handful of Chickpeas
- 1 Oak leaf lettuce
- 1 handful of Red Cabbage
- 1/5 Cucumber
- ½ Grated Carrot
- 1 drop of Wheat Germ oil
- 1 handful of Pine nuts
- ½ Garlic clove
Steps
- 1) Cut the 2 slices of bread, spreading the garlic over the surface.
- 2) Add the chickpeas, salad, chopped red cabbage, chopped cucumber and chopped carrot.
- 3) Season with a drizzle of wheat germ oil, salt and pepper
