Ingredients
For the crumble:
- 75g of Flour
- 50g of Butter
- 20g of Sugar
- ½ tsp of Vanilla extract
- Salt
For the filling :
- ½ fresh Pineapple
- 30g of Raisins
- 10g of Sugar
- 10g of Butter
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 210 ° C.
- Cut the pineapple into pieces about 1cm thick.
- Heat 30 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the pineapple pieces over a high heat for about 2 minutes. Sweeten them and continue cooking for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat.
- Make the crumble: sift the flour into a large bowl, add the butter, sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix to obtain a very coarse, sandy mixture.
- Put the raisins in ramekins with the pineapples. Tap them lightly, then cover with crumble. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Pineapple is rich in tryptophan which helps the body produce more serotonin, a neurotransmitter precursor of melatonin, sleep hormone.
