Ingredients
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
- 3 tbsp. of ‘Mountain’ honey
- 50 ml. of semi-skimmed milk
- 350 ml of kefir milk
- 8 kiwis
- 1 blender
Steps
- 1. Peel the kiwis and cut into slices.
- 2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix.
- 3. Pour the milkshake into a large glass and enjoy!
Tip
Kefir is rich in probiotics that improve the immune system and kiwi is rich in vitamin C, an antioxidant that has the capacity to delay cellular ageing.
