Salad with avocado, mango and nuts

Ingredients :

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 mango
  • 75g of rocket salad
  • 20g of walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons wheat germ oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar

Steps :

  1. Peel the avocado and mango and then cut into thin slices.
  2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Enjoy!

Tip:

Mango and wheat germ oil are very rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant vitamin that protects our body cells and slows down premature ageing. It also strengthens our immune system.
