Sangria with Apple and Pomegranate

  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 3 tablespoons of honey


  • 1) In a large pitcher, mix all the ingredients together
  • 2) Refrigerate for a few hours and serve with ice cubes


Rich in antioxidant properties, pomegranate helps lower blood cholesterol levels, atherosclerosis, blood pressure and also prevents cardiovascular disease.
