Chocolate Fondue with Fresh Fruit

Ingredients (4 people)

  • 1 bar of black chocolate
  • 200 ml liquid cream
  • 15 g butter
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • 3 sliced kiwis
  • 8 strawberries
  • 1 mango
  • 1 fondue set


  • 1. Break up the chocolate bar into pieces in the frying pan. Melt the chocolate with the cream and butter.
  • 2. Arrange the pieces of fruit in small bowls
  • 3. Using the fondue skewers, dip the fruit into the melted chocolate. Mmmm, bon app.!


Black chocolate is rich in magnesium and phenylethylamine which is the precursor of serotonin, the hormone that regulates our moods.
