Strawberry and Kiwis Smoothie

Preparation time: 10 min

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 1 Banana
  • 10 Strawberries
  • 4 Kiwis
  • 100 ml of Almond Milk
  • 1 Blender
  • Some ice cubes


  • 1) Peel the Kiwis
  • 2) Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix
  • 3) Serve in a glass. Enjoy!


Strawberries are rich in polyphenol, a valuable antioxidant for the health of small blood vessels and kiwis are rich in vitamin C, an antioxidant vitamin that helps delay cellular ageing.
