Ingredients (2 people)
- ½ watermelon
- 1 bunch of fresh Mint
- 1 Lime
Steps
- 1) Dice the watermelon and cut the lime into slices. Put both fruit into a carafe adding a 1L of water and the mint leaves.
- 2) Let the water stand 5 to 6 hours in the refrigerator, so that it can absorb the various aromas, colours and flavours from the ingredients. Bon appétit!
