Ingredients
- 3 bananas (not too ripe)
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml of coconut milk
- 3 cups of Xylitol
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 vanilla bean
- 2 g agar-agar
- 1 Mixer
Steps
- 1. Heat the coconut milk, gradually reducing the heat while adding agar agar, the vanilla pods and cinnamon. Let it cook for 2 min before removing from the heat.
- 2. Beat the eggs with the Xylitol then gradually add the warm milk while continuing to whip the mixture.
- 3. Mix the bananas with the cream cheese and then add the mixture to the milk.
- 4. Pour into small ramekins, leaving them to set over night.

This dessert is not only delicious but also suitable for people with diabetes. Xylitol is a sugar substitute, a natural sweetener that has a lower impact on blood sugar levels.
