Virgin Margarita

Ingredients :

  • 240 ml of orange juice
  • 80 ml lime juice
  • 40 ml of agave syrup
  • 1 organic lime
  • Crystallised sugar
  • Crushed ice

Steps :

  • 1) In a bowl, pour the crushed ice and then the add orange juice, lime juice and agave syrup.
  • 2) Mix thoroughly and pour into cocktail glasses.
  • 3) Moisten the edges of the glasses with water and then sprinkle the crystallised sugar around the edge of the glass.
  • 4) Cut the lime into thin slices. Position a slice neatly on the edge of the glasses. Enjoy.

Tip:

Lemon is rich in vitamin C, a substance necessary for the synthesis of cortisol, a hormone that allows our adaptation to stress.
