Chicken with Almonds

Ingredients 

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 2 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. of virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. of powdered Ginger
  • 140 g of Almonds
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove

Steps

  • Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
  • Pour them in a casserole with the oil. Add the chicken and brown for 5 minutes.
  • Grill the almonds for 3 minutes in a pan, adding the soy sauce and ginger.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes. Enjoy!

Tip

Almonds are rich in magnesium which stimulates the immune system.
