Ingredients
- 4 chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp. of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. of virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. of powdered Ginger
- 140 g of Almonds
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
Steps
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Pour them in a casserole with the oil. Add the chicken and brown for 5 minutes.
- Grill the almonds for 3 minutes in a pan, adding the soy sauce and ginger.
- Simmer for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
Tip
Almonds are rich in magnesium which stimulates the immune system.
