Banana Mousse with Cinnamon

For 6 people

  • 3 Bananas
  • 200 ml of liquid cream
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp. Icing Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. of Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon powder
  • 1 Blender


  1. Blend the bananas until you have a puree. Pour into a large bowl and add the cinnamon and brown sugar. Mix well.
  2. Separately, whip the cream, adding the icing sugar while you continue to whip. Carefully add this cream to the banana puree.
  3. Beat the egg whites to a fluffy white snow. Then add it to the banana preparation, slowly mixing it in so the whole mixture rises.
  4. Once fully mixed, pour the mixture into ramekins and cool for at least 2 hours. Serve very fresh. Enjoy!
