- 3 Bananas
- 200 ml of liquid cream
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tbsp. Icing Sugar
- 1 tbsp. of Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon powder
- 1 Blender
- Blend the bananas until you have a puree. Pour into a large bowl and add the cinnamon and brown sugar. Mix well.
- Separately, whip the cream, adding the icing sugar while you continue to whip. Carefully add this cream to the banana puree.
- Beat the egg whites to a fluffy white snow. Then add it to the banana preparation, slowly mixing it in so the whole mixture rises.
- Once fully mixed, pour the mixture into ramekins and cool for at least 2 hours. Serve very fresh. Enjoy!
