The strength of repetition, the key: repeat to change!
Changing your eating habits isn’t easy. Without realising it, it’s easy to return to your old ways. Initially, these changes require a lot of effort and attention. But by continual repetition, they will eventually become automatic and you will even end up enjoying them.
