Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 Green pepper
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1/2 clove of finely chopped garlic
- 1 slice of grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of with balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
Steps :
- Peel the peppers.
- Place the tomatoes and peppers in a blender and mix until nice and smooth.
- Add the ginger, vinegar, olive oil and crushed garlic. Salt and pepper.
- Mix again for a few minutes. Let the mixture sit for at least one hour before serving. Enjoy!
