Grilled sandwich with Avocado, Goat’s cheese and Spinach

Ingredient

  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • ½ Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of Spinach pesto
  • 2 slices of goat cheese
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 slices of Gruyère cheese

Steps

  1. Cut the avocado into thin strips
  2. Brush slices of bread with spinach pesto
  3. Arrange the gruyere, avocado, goat cheese and spinach between the slices of bread.
  4. Put into the oven or a panini machine

Tips

Rye is:

  • a source of fibre
  • Less caloric than a white baguette
  • More nourishing and brings about a quicker feeling of satiety
