Ingredient
- 2 slices of rye bread
- ½ Avocado
- 2 tablespoons of Spinach pesto
- 2 slices of goat cheese
- 1 handful of spinach
- 2 slices of Gruyère cheese
Steps
- Cut the avocado into thin strips
- Brush slices of bread with spinach pesto
- Arrange the gruyere, avocado, goat cheese and spinach between the slices of bread.
- Put into the oven or a panini machine
