Mug Cake

  • 1 Blender
  • 5 to 6 dates
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 jar of soy yoghurt
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 60g Petit Epeautre (einkorn wheat) flour
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • ½ sachet of yeast
  • 2 Mugs


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  2. Heat the water and throw in the pitted dates for about 15 minutes
  3. In a salad bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch and yeast
  4. In the blender, mix the vanilla pod, the yoghurt, the dates with the water and the agave syrup to obtain a homogeneous mixture
  5. Add to this, the flour mixture, the starch and the yeast
  6. Fill the mugs and bake for 30 minutes


Petit Epeutre flour is rich in magnesium giving it sedative and anti-stress properties. Also rich in calcium, it favours its absorption into your bones.
