Papaye Smoothie

  • 1 Papaya cut into small pieces
  • 100 ml Almond Milk
  • 1 Blender
  • Some ice cubes


  1. Peel the papaya.
  2. Put it in the blender with the almond milk and some cubes of ice. Mix
  3. Serve in a glass. Enjoy!


Papaya is rich in vitamin C, an antioxidant vitamin that neutralises free radicals responsible for cellular ageing. It also helps strengthen the immune system.
