Pizza revisited : Pear, Gorgonzola et Honey Pizza

For 4 people

Preparation time: 5 to 10 minutes

Cooking time: 15 to 20 minutes


  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 beautiful pears
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 250 g of Gorgonzola
  • 2 teaspoons Organic Honey
  • Spices (Rosemary, Turmeric)
  • Fillet of olive oil
  • Salt pepper

Steps :

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
  2. Spread the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  3. Brush with olive oil
  4. Wash, peel and cut the pears in half. Remove the seeds and the centre of the pear and cut them into thin slices
  5. Put the gorgonzola on the pizza
  6. Then place the pears and parmesan on top of it
  7. Pour the honey and sprinkle with a little turmeric and rosemary
  8. Pour on some olive oil and sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste
  9. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until the pizza dough is cooked

It is a source of carbohydrates, proteins, calcium, phosphorus and vitamins. But gorgonzola is a salty cheese and quite fattening, so do not abuse it.
