- 1 pizza dough
- 2 beautiful pears
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 250 g of Gorgonzola
- 2 teaspoons Organic Honey
- Spices (Rosemary, Turmeric)
- Fillet of olive oil
- Salt pepper
Steps :
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
- Spread the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
- Brush with olive oil
- Wash, peel and cut the pears in half. Remove the seeds and the centre of the pear and cut them into thin slices
- Put the gorgonzola on the pizza
- Then place the pears and parmesan on top of it
- Pour the honey and sprinkle with a little turmeric and rosemary
- Pour on some olive oil and sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste
- Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until the pizza dough is cooked
