- 20g fresh Melissa Leaves
- 1 teaspoon of Honey
- ½ squeezed organic Lemon juice
- 400 ml of water
- Boil the water in a saucepan.
- When the water boils, add the Melissa leaves, honey and lemon.
- Let it infuse for 10 to 15 minutes. Filter. Serve. Enjoy!
