  • 1 Blender
  • 250 g of Almonds
  • 1 litre of water
  • 1 drizzle of organic honey
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 clean tea towel

Steps

  1. Soak the almonds in water overnight
  2. Drain, then rinse them and place them in the blender
  3. Add 1 litre of water, and mix at a high speed for 2 minutes
  4. Add honey and cinnamon
  5. Filter the liquid through a clean towel
  6. Press hard with your hands to extract the maximum amount of juice
  7. Put it into the fridge, it can be kept for 4 to 5 days. If it separates into 2, simply stir it again.

Tips:

You can use the pulp as almond powder to make cakes. Homemade almond “milk” is a good alternative to cow’s milk. It is lactose-free, unctuous, a source of vegetable protein and has a faint taste of almonds.
