- 24 oysters (category N ° 2)
- 1 squeezed organic lemon juice
- Dill
- Pepper
Steps :
- Open the oysters and rid them of their water.
- Add a few drops of lemon, a small pinch of pepper and a few sprigs of dill.
- Place them on a deep tray filled with ice. Enjoy!
