Chocolate truffels

  • 300 g of dark chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 125 g of icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Almond milk
  • 40 ml of liquid cream
  • Cocoa powder

Steps :

  1. In a saucepan, break the chocolate into small pieces, add the milk and let it melt on a low heat. Mix with a wooden spatula until you obtain a smooth paste
  2. Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the paste and continue to mix. Now incorporate the egg yolks, one by one, and finally the liquid cream. Mix. Whisk in in the icing sugar. Pour the mix into a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. When the paste has hardened a little, roll it into small balls, and then roll them in the cocoa powder to coat them. Keep cool until you eat them.


This recipe is simple, cheap and ideal for the festive season.
