Where is vitamin C hidden?

We need about 115 mg of Vitamin C per day. Vitamin C is the perfect antioxidant for our body,  principally being obtained through our diet. So where does most of it come from?


Much loved by the French, the tomato constitutes 57% of our intake of Vitamin C. Even if it does contain less than an orange or a handful of parsley!
