Ingredients:
- 600g of fresh, skinless raw salmon
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- ½ shallot
- 1 tbsp traditional Dijon mustard
- Chives
- Basil
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- Salt pepper
Steps :
- Slice the salmon in thin slices, then into small pieces, (but not in the blender!!!)
- Put the salmon in a bowl, add the olive oil, soy sauce, mustard, lime juice, and the salt and pepper
- Finely chop the shallots
- Chop up 5 sprigs of chives and 10 basil leaves
- Add to the salmon and mix. Put in a fridge for several hours
- When serving, place a cookie cutter on the plate, place the tartare in it and press it with the back of a spoon.
- Take it out of the mould and serve immediately!
Tip:
Salmon tartare can be served as an aperitif on toast or as a starter. It’s a simple and quick recipe that makes everyone happy
