  • 180g Honey
  • 80ml of hot milk
  • 75g of butter
  • 150g of Flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 35g of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 20g of walnuts
  • 1 pinch of salt

Steps :

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  2. Mix the honey in the hot milk and add the melted butter and the flour.
  3. Stir in the yeast, brown sugar, egg and salt. Add the spices and nuts.
  4. Pour into a cake tin and cook for 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy!
