Chicken Curry with Tomatoes

For 3 people

  • 350g sliced chicken breast
  • 3 Tomatoes cut into pieces
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. powdered curry
  • 2 tbsp. powder ginger
  • 2 tbsp. fresh cream
  • 70ml of water
  • Salt pepper

Steps :

  1. Brown the chicken, onions and garlic in a pan with the oil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the ginger, the tomatoes and cook for 5 min then add the curry and water. Mix well.
  3. Add the cream, salt and pepper. Boil the water. Put a lid on the casserole and cook for another 20 minutes. Enjoy!


Curry is used to aid digestion. It is also recommended in case of digestive pains.
