Ingredients
- 350g sliced chicken breast
- 3 Tomatoes cut into pieces
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. powdered curry
- 2 tbsp. powder ginger
- 2 tbsp. fresh cream
- 70ml of water
- Salt pepper
Steps :
- Brown the chicken, onions and garlic in a pan with the oil for 5 minutes.
- Add the ginger, the tomatoes and cook for 5 min then add the curry and water. Mix well.
- Add the cream, salt and pepper. Boil the water. Put a lid on the casserole and cook for another 20 minutes. Enjoy!
Tip:
Curry is used to aid digestion. It is also recommended in case of digestive pains.
