Curried Shrimp Muffins

  • 70g of Flour
  • 10 Shelled pink shrimps
  • 1 tsp. of powder Curry
  • 1 tsp. of baking powder
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tsp. of Virgin olive oil
  • 60 ml of semi-skimmed milk
  • 5g butter
  • Salt pepper

Steps :

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (th.6).
  2. Cut the shrimps into pieces.
  3. In a salad bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and curry powder. Add the beaten egg, oil and milk. Mix well.
  4. Add the shrimp pieces to the mixture.14
  5. Take some mini muffin cups and butter them. Divide the final preparation into the cups  and bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!


Shrimps are sources of iodine that promotes gastrointestinal mobility and it has an effect on the secretory activity of digestive juices.
