Grilled Grapefruit

For 2 people

Cooking time: 5 min


  • 2 Grapefruits
  • 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon


  1. Cut the grapefruit in 2 and remove all the seeds.
  2. Mix the other ingredients in a bowl and spread the mixture over the top of the grapefruit.
  3. Place the grapefruits under a very hot grill for 5 min. Enjoy!


Grapefruit is an excellent natural anti-stress.
