- 2 Grapefruits
- 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- Cut the grapefruit in 2 and remove all the seeds.
- Mix the other ingredients in a bowl and spread the mixture over the top of the grapefruit.
- Place the grapefruits under a very hot grill for 5 min. Enjoy!
