Green tea with Grapefruit juice

For 4 people

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 10 min

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 litre of green tea
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 tablespoon of Mountain Honey

Steps :

  1. Prepare a green tea as normal.
  2. Squeeze the grapefruit.
  3. Pour the tea, grapefruit juice and the honey into a container and mix. Enjoy!

Tip:

Grapefruit is very rich in vitamin C, an antioxidant vitamin that helps regenerate vitamin E which in turn,  strengthens the immune system.

Fresh grapefruit helps you to digest meat and fish.
