Avocado Salad, Pineapple and Surimi (Crab sticks)

Ingredients :

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 pineapple
  • 10 crab sticks
  • Some fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 Organic lemon squeezed

Steps :

  1. Peel the avocados and pineapple and cut them up into small pieces.
  2. Cut the crab sticks into pieces.
  3. Mix everything together with the lemon juice and mint leaves. Enjoy!

Tip:

Fresh pineapple helps you to absorb meat and fish.
