Ingredients:
- 1 heart-shaped cookie cutter
- 2 slices of toasted wholemeal bread
- 50g of salmon eggs
- 2 tablespoons thick cream
- 1 handful of chives
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 lemon juice
- Salt pepper
Steps :
- Using the cookie cutter, cut two hearts out of the bread
- Rinse and chop the chives and then mix with the fresh cream. Add the salt and pepper, the nutmeg and a teaspoon of lemon juice
- Cover the toast with the fresh chive cream mixture and the salmon eggs
