Salmon Egg Canapés

  • 1 heart-shaped cookie cutter
  • 2 slices of toasted wholemeal bread
  • 50g of salmon eggs
  • 2 tablespoons thick cream
  • 1 handful of chives
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Salt pepper

Steps :

  1. Using the cookie cutter, cut two hearts out of the bread
  2. Rinse and chop the chives and then mix with the fresh cream. Add the salt and pepper, the nutmeg and a teaspoon of lemon juice
  3. Cover the toast with the fresh chive cream mixture and the salmon eggs
