Persimmon Mousse

For 3 people

Ingredients :

  • 2 persimmons
  • 2 tbsp. fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • ½ squeezed organic lemon

Steps :

  1. Peel and cut the persimmons into pieces.
  2. Mix them in the blender with the sugar and lemon juice.
  3. When the mixture is homogeneous, add the cream and whip until it becomes a mousse.
  4. Pour the mousse into glasses and let them cool for 3 to 4 hours. Enjoy!


Persimmon is rich in pectin, a quality fibre which ensures greater digestibility and tolerance.
