- 2 persimmons
- 2 tbsp. fresh cream
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- ½ squeezed organic lemon
- Peel and cut the persimmons into pieces.
- Mix them in the blender with the sugar and lemon juice.
- When the mixture is homogeneous, add the cream and whip until it becomes a mousse.
- Pour the mousse into glasses and let them cool for 3 to 4 hours. Enjoy!
Persimmon is rich in pectin, a quality fibre which ensures greater digestibility and tolerance.
