Winter Fruit Salad

For 2 people

Preparation time: 5 min

Ingredients:

  • 2 Mandarines
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 Apple
  • ½ Pomegranate
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Squeezed Orange juice
  • 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar

Steps :

  1. Peel all the fruit and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Pour orange juice and sugar onto the fruit. Mix well. Enjoy!

Tip:

Tangerine, kiwi and orange help fight stress while banana is rich in tryptophan, an essential ingredient in the production of the sleep hormone.
