  • 150 g of Brown rice flour
  • 30 g Flour mix (Buckwheat, Chickpea, Millet, Corn)
  • 90 g of semi salted Butter
  • ½ glass of warm water
  • Grains, herbs, spices


  1. Pour the flour into a bowl
  2. Cut the butter into pieces and add it to the flour
  3. Knead the dough until you obtain a consistency similar to sand
  4. Then add enough water so you can roll it into a large ball
  5. Let the dough rest for 10 mins


This dough is suitable for people who need to follow a strict gluten-free diet
