Tomato, Cheese and Anchovy Tartine

  • 3 anchovies filets
  • 1 tbsp of tomato puree
  • 20g of Emmental
  • 1 slice of bread

Steps :

  1. Spread the tomato purée on a slice of brown bread and place the emmental on top.
  2. Place the bread for 5 minutes under the grill
  3. Put the anchovies on top. Enjoy!


Anchovies are a source of iodine. Iodine promotes gastrointestinal mobility and has a positive effect on the secretion of digestive juices.
