- 1 tbsp of tomato puree
- 20g of Emmental
- 1 slice of bread
- Spread the tomato purée on a slice of brown bread and place the emmental on top.
- Place the bread for 5 minutes under the grill
- Put the anchovies on top. Enjoy!
