Goat’s cheese & Courgette Tart

  • 5 average-sized zucchinis
  • 1 roll of goat’s cheese
  • 400 ml of fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons semi-skinned milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Short crust pastry
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  •  Salt pepper

Steps :

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7)
  2. Peel the zucchini and cut the thin slices. Sauté in a lightly oiled frying pan. add salt and pepper
  3. Garnish the pie pan with the dough. Stack the zucchini stretches. Cut the goat cheese into 1/2 cm slices and place them regularly on the zucchini. Top with the remaining slices of zucchini
  4. Mix the cream with the eggs, salt and mix. Add a little milk
  5. Cover the pie with this preparation and finish a layer of zucchini
  6. Leave for 30 to 40 minutes


This pie contains carbohydrates (by the dough), proteins (by the cheese), vitamins and minerals (by the zucchini), prefer to accompany this pie of a green salad.
