Steps :
- Preheat your oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7)
- Peel the zucchini and cut the thin slices. Sauté in a lightly oiled frying pan. add salt and pepper
- Garnish the pie pan with the dough. Stack the zucchini stretches. Cut the goat cheese into 1/2 cm slices and place them regularly on the zucchini. Top with the remaining slices of zucchini
- Mix the cream with the eggs, salt and mix. Add a little milk
- Cover the pie with this preparation and finish a layer of zucchini
- Leave for 30 to 40 minutes
